This past week or so I've been finding myself more easily distracted than ever. I'LL be reading something on meditation or OBE and get motivated but cant leave the tv or stop listening to the music. I'm too comfortable here in the physical and don't feel like going to bed, even late at night when I should be. Also, I should mention that I'm on break right now and have been sleeping in so WBTB's occur naturally, but the problem is they're much less clear, harder to remember and last much shorter, atleast the way I perceive it. How do you guys avoid the distractions?

I think you need to find a designated area for Astral travel and meditation, without those many distractions, some place always quiet from everyday life.
