Can't seperate at times

Figured I'd ask here; sometimes I find myself in the state where I can seperate, yet for some reason no matter how much I try, I can't seperate. I know I can/have done it before, but why is it on these ocassions I am too weighed down?

The accuracy of Insidious

This is something that was brought up because my mom stopped me mid-meditation, went 'stop it,we'll talk in the morning', then spoke about Insidious as if it were fact.

I am posting this because...why? For as openminded as she claims to be, why would she take that as fact?

Re: Rusty or just Tired?

Ok, it was simply a matter of being physically and mentally drained, I was able to project at will this morning after waking up with no unusual difficulties, even maintaining it while hearing my dog barking until I decided 'ok, I'm done.'.

The Deer and the Butterfly

Figured it was time for a bit of past-reflection of both OOBEs/Astral adventures and physical world happenings. One of my earliest projections involved an anthropomorphic deer woman, while a more recent one allowed me to (potentially) reunite with her for a few fleeting moments. However, most recent...

Rusty or just Tired?

This is more to do with spontaneous Sleep Paralysis/OOBE, but most recently, I found myself in the position where I knew what I was doing, but I just could not stay out of my body for long. Perhaps it was just pure exhaustion, as it was when I got home from an opening shift at work and had to wake u...

Re: I DID IT!!! :D

Oh, right. Well, in order to understand a part of the experience more, I'll link ya to a dream I had. Kitsune in the Meadow . My experience was unlike the spontaneous ones due to several factors. First of which is the self explanatory fact that it worked the first time as intended. Second, as soon a...

I DID IT!!! :D

Sorry for the strange title, but this is just so exciting! After simply going with the spontaneous experiences and seemingly failed meditations, I used a guided meditation once more to see how it would work after a warm bath. I don't know what I did right, but even though the meditation didnt spring...

The Kitsune in the Meadow

The other day, I wind up having a dream about being in a town, running into a woman who was very friendly. This woman and I would talk for a while before she decides to lead me to somewhere more 'peaceful' in her words. I follow her, and she brings me to an alleyway- it is a wide path, and the other...

Re: Caught in cycle?

not quite, I still have trouble with actually starting it as planned...though I did run into a kitsune during a dream, which I'll tell in the journal, as I am sure it'll count.
