WBTB question

Post by fgoad88 » July 29th, 2016, 7:55 pm

Is it the more hours you sleep the better or is it the other way around? :?

4-5 hours is good enough, but if you want to go the full 7-8 its fine but after that one you will be fully awake, and might not be able to induce in my opinion
Go hard or not at all

Check the book in this link for a great detailed description of the WBTB method. On page 11 there's the hours and how to proceed. You can sleep anywhere between 4.5 - 7 hours. With practice you can work out what's best for you. I think each person has their own preference of what works for them and what doesn't.

Well, I can't answer for everyone. Mornings and anytime during daylight works for me. I have slipped out of my body without trying. I suppose this happens at night too. I sleep maybe 5 hours usually and I am a light sleeper. I wouldn't reccommend depriving yourself of sleep to induce obes and lucid dreams.

Hey radiant, come join us on the discord chat, there's an invitation on the right-hand side of the home page. It's where we're usually at these days, the site's only being used to share recorded experiences and get feedback if we want any.
