I also think his videos are long and often have too little new content.

The best videos are the ones where he is radio interviewed, because the
interviewer can ask much more direct questions on clear targets.

I though liked Campbell's "Hawaii lecture", where he talks about TMI's methods
for healing and RVing.

Anyway, I would suggest when a 3 or 6 hours video sequence is posted, please put
some indication to what part is interesting, like: "Around 1:12:30 to 1:15:45 he
talks about the EBC (interesting new stuff).
"

If you want something he has not already written about in his MBT, you should
read the longer texts at Archive of Best Posts and TOE Best Links.

I thought it was interesting the part where he mensions that sugar is not beneficial for those who want to AP. So for those who want to AP, a sugar free diet is the best thing to get your mind in the right state.

He also challenges you to be open minded sceptical to him. :)

I'm reading the trilogy. So far I'm still in book, 1 section 2, chapter 31 and boy oh boy... I am bored out of my mind! I much prefer reading Dean Radin's Entangled Minds.

Don't get me wrong, I really admire Tom's work, but the videos are much more interesting than the book. At least for me. Well, the very begging of the book wasn't so bad. Perhaps it'll pick up the passe again as I continue reading. Or so I hope...

I haven't been able to make myself read Tom's books yet, I'm a bit lazy. I think someone said that book 3 is pretty much the first two books packed in a way that is easier to understand.
